Trail Tough Bonz-Eye Samurai 2" Lift Springs
Specially designed to handle the rigors of the Spring-over Samurai. They provide better ride, more articulation, greater durability, and 2" of more lift then the original stock springs. Reversed Wrapped Eyes allow for more arc without excessive lift, and saves the spring from going into a negative arc to compress. This results in a better ride and is the key to durability in spring-over configurations. Anti-frictions pads between each leaf result in smooth deflection and a better ride. Loose clamps are used for more wheel travel and smoother operation through the entire range of articulation. Specially designed military wrapped anti-wrap leaf helps control axle wrap without the need for any traction bar. Old Man Emu Dakar Leaf Springs
Old Man Emu is world renowned for its better than stock ride quality. Ride quality improves greatly over your stiff stock or even most aftermarket springs. Designed with military wrap, draw tapered and diamond cut leaves, anti friction pads to reduce interleaf friction and to ensure that load distribution occurs at the leaf tips. Re-greasable nylon interleaf liners to reduce friction at the leaf tips where the load is the greatest. Graphite Coated leaves to further reduce the friction between the spring leaves & friction pads. The leaf clamps are bolted to allow installation of anti squeak nylon liners. The tension side of all leaves is shot peened to reduce spring stress. This process can double the life of a spring. Flat axle seat areas allows a positive, safe axle mount reducing spring stress & increasing spring life. Fully scragged and load tested to ensure the spring takes a permanent ‘set’ which reduces the risk of sagging and meets the required specification. All this leads to a significantly longer, softer, and sag free life. Simply the best Samurai spring on the market.

If you are going to do any heavy duty crawling, you will want to add the extra leaf to the front springs. If you are going to run them spring over, we suggest a traction bar on the rear. Springs do not come with bushings. Old Man Emu bushings sold separately per spring.

OME Nitrocharger Shocks
Of the many factors OME considers when designing Nitrocharger shocks, valving is the most important. In fact, it’s the valving process that sets Nitrochargers apart. The OME engineers are specialists who do nothing but 4WD suspension. Features that make the difference include tough urethane bushings for extended life, steel stone guard provides maximum protection for the piston rod, super strong 18mm chromed piston rod, low pressure nitrogen gas for optimum performance, tough twin tube design with super strong 1.6mm thick reserve tube that protects vital internal components, and supplementary top & bottom welds that give added strength and safety.

When developing a Nitrocharger, they consider both original equipment and OME springs. In many cases, several shock absorber applications are listed for one vehicle to ensure the proper match regardless of spring selection, accessory fitment or load carrying requirements.

Of course, while Nitrochargers will improve overall performance when fitted with standard springs, the best results are achieved when they’re used in conjunction with OME springs. Designed to work with 0"- 2" of lift.

Sky HD Sky Self-Aligning Spring Over Axle Pads

These pads drop in and self-align unlike any on the market, despite claims. These springs pads relocate the leaf springs to the top of the axle. Unique design allows maximum weld area to axle, and stock spring pad because they fit like a glove. The top of the leaf spring perch is pre-laser cut to move axle 1 inch forward or rearward if needed. SPOA pads are made from laser cut 1/4" and 3/16" steel plate and will give a 4.5" lift.

The key to these pads from others on the market is that the top plate is completely flat, which maintains maximum spring-to-pad surface area.

Aftermarket 4x4 Fully Adjustable Saddle Type Spring Over Axle Pads
If you want maximum adjustability, these are the pads for you. They don’t self-align with feet that fit into your lower stock pads, but they do allow for you to weld them on with just the right pinion angle for your application. They also have 3 spring pin holes on 1" centers for optional axle relocation. Each pad has a boxed in end for maximum strength and extra welding surface.

Sky Full Shock Mount Kit
You will have more shock travel then you will ever need with this combo. Kit includes front upper weld-on shock hoops, rear upper bolt-on shock mount, and lower weld-on shock mounts. 

With the front upper hoops and front lower mounts you will be able to run up to a 10 longer shock than using factory mounts. No geometry changes are made, and no fender well cutting is necessary. These allow the use of eye style shocks, and they just plain look trick! Constructed from 1" .120" wall ERW tubing, and self-aligning. 

The rear upper shock mount allows the customer the choice of 3 positions of shock placement, giving anyone the position they will need. 100% bolt on, laser cut solid steel construction, perfect for SPOA vehicles needing longer shocks to maximize travel. Sky Upper Front Shock Hoops
These shock hoops allow use of shocks that are 5.5" longer than if you used the stock mount. No geometry changes are made, and no fender well cutting is necessary. These allow the use of eye style shocks, and they just plain look trick!

Constructed from 1" .120" wall ERW tubing, self-aligning, weld on. Comes with both hoops.

DIY Shock Hoops
This kit includes pieces to build your own shock hoops. Includes 2- 1 1/2 " x .120 mild steel round tubes, bent at 180 degrees, 4- 3/16" laser cut steel tabs w/ 1/2" hole and 4-1 1/2"capped end tubes. These are great for those pushing your front axle forward. Tubes will need to be fit and welded and additional bracing could be required. Frame plating would want to be done before installation. (see picture) These are a good starter kit for someone who does not have all the tooling to make their own. Requires hand tools, some fabrication knowledge and welding and grinding.

Ford Style Upper Front Shock Towers
These easy to install extended upper shock towers will allow your Samurai to run longer front shocks. These towers are one of the most popular style upper front mounts used in the Samurai world. Most weld them on but they can also be bolted to the frame. Sold as a pair.

Spidertrax Aluminum Rear Upper Shock Mount
By far the most advanced rear upper shock mount on the market. This bolt-on upper shock mount is made from billet 6061T6 material and precision CNC machined. With its box type webbed design, this mount is practically indestructible. The shock center to center dimensions are 4" & 7" which allows for more shock travel with selectable adjustability. A center mounted hole is also part of this mount allowing for the addition of a limiting strap if needed. The mount is double anodized dark blue and comes with all hardware to install both the mount, and the upper portion of the shocks. Doetsch Tech Shocks
We carry two different Series Shocks, the 3000 Series DT shocks and the 8000 Series.

Doetsch Tech shocks have been used on our Samurai’s because of the right valving- in turn this makes for a better ride due to the light weight characteristics of the Samurai.

The 3000 series shock features multi-stage valving for a smooth comfortable ride on the street and controlled off-road performance and durability, twin tube design, large 1.375 inch piston, cellular closed cell foam, double wall construction for dent resistant failure, double welded for added strength, a baked white enamel finish and polyurethane bushings.

Second is the 8000 series or pre-runner shocks. These are mostly used with heavier engines or extreme suspensions like the quarter elliptical or coil kits. Designed for many years of off-road use. Features high velocity, speed sensitive valving, massive 1.626 inch piston, large .6875 inch chrome shaft, Teflon wiper seal, built in bump stop, double wall construction for dent resistant failure, double welded for added strength, a baked white enamel finish and polyurethane bushings.

Coated Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines
Great quality brake lines at a lower cost! In the past the steel brake line was something to stay away from put with new technology that is a thing of the past. These steel braided brake lines are 21" long and are DOT approved. The line is a multi layer design that also hase a rubberized coating on the outside to prevent wear.

OEM and Extended U-bolts
These heavy duty u-bolt kits are great for upgrading or replacing your Suzuki Samurai u-bolts. Choose from either OEM length or 2" extended length u-bolts, matching nuts and hardware. All come fully zinc coated for the ultimate in corotion resistance and unlike other kits on the market, front kits are made to Samurai axle specs with larger ubolts for the passanger side of the front axle next to the differentail.

Threads start on the bent end at the same location for both OEM and extended ubolts so with our kits you get a full 2" of extra threads as well.

Drive Line Spacers
Adding lift to your Samurai usually over extends the slip yokes on the drive shafts. The easiest and most cost effective fix is adding a drive shaft spacer. Doing so avoids the hassles of making a new drive shaft, which is not only difficult but expensive. The spacer works by attaching between drive shaft flanges. Each kit comes with new bolts, nuts, and lock washers. Unlike other drive shaft spacers on the market, each spacer is double anodized blue for superior corrosion resistance. Plus our zinc plated hardware will not rust like other kits using black oxide.

Each kit comes with new bolts, nuts, and lock washers. Choose from 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4". Specify 86-89 or 90-95.

Sky Bolt-on Traction Bar
Completely bolt-on kit helps eliminate unwanted and destructive axle wrap. Designed after the only proven to work 3 point system, the new kit will provide much needed traction and prolong the life of your rear leaf springs. If you like to drive hard regularly and twist, bend, break, or just generally abuse your springs, these need to be on your list. Built with laser cut 1/4" thick laser bracketry, .120 wall ERW tubing and square tubing is .185 wall. Bolts to axle by using all factory bolts around the 3rd member and a single u-bolt around the axle tube for a solid mount. The upper frame mount is designed to be bolted between the frame rails which allows for adjustability for various lift combo's. This traction bar kit is primarily designed for SPOA Samurai's with soft flexy springs to prevent axle wrap while still allowing maximum articulation. Includes poly bushings. Spidertrax Anti-Wrap Kit
The Spidertrax Anti-Wrap Kit is designed to completely eliminate the effects of rear axle wrap, making s-kinked springs history. In addition, adding the Spidertrax Anti-Wrap Kit increases effective traction! The unique design of this kit places the lower link mount on the underside of the rear axle. The dynamics of this setup not only properly eliminates axle wrap but allows for proper motion of the suspension without binding.

What sets this design aside from the rest? Ladder-bar designs can cause severe suspension bind and can even twist the axle housing. Top axle mounted traction bar designs can actually induce axle wrap and also cause increased squatting under acceleration. The Spidertrax Anti-Wrap Kits simple and effective design make it an ideal modification for any Samurai SPOA suspension.

Spidertrax Panhard Bar
A "must have" for every spring over axle suspension. The Panhard Kit is a bolt-on product that provides lateral stability for your front Samurai axle. This will eliminate the common effects of the spring over axle suspension such as axle wobble at critical speeds and loss in steering radius. Best of all, it improves off-road performance. Many people have said that with this kit installed, their Samurai handles as tight as a race car!

In addition to providing lateral stability, the Panhard Kit also has integrated bump stop mounts into the u-bolt plates provided and works with the factory upper bump stop setup. 3-piece chromoly rod ends (40,000 lb. radial load) to withstand the toughest off-road abuse. Custom square u-bolts attach the upper link mount to the chassis so no welding is required. Choice of mounting holes for the link makes this kit fit a wide variety of lift heights.

Front Missing Link Kits / RUF Swap Parts
This anti-kickback missing links allow for the use of longer springs. Most common is the Rears Up Front or RUF were you take your rear spring and move them to the front of your Samurai.
