Sky-Man OTS Cross Over / Histeer Kit
Are you running a spring-over-axle and hate your steering?
Drop pitman arms are not enough, and z-links can still allow
bump-steer to be a constant hassle. In this crossover or "high-steer"
kit, Sky uses massive Toyota FJ-80 Land Cruiser tie rod ends,
almost 50% larger than weaker Suzuki ends. Weak tie rod end
joints is the most common failure of a lot of the major "OTT"
steering kits out there. They use smaller tie rod ends not
built to take the pressure of off-roading and larger tires.
Toyota FJ-80 joints also offer more deflection than that of
other tie rod ends, so this gives you peace of mind when using
them on a super flexy suspensions. Using Toyota ends also
gives us the advantage of adjustable steering linkage, unlike
other standard RH thread only kits on the market. Both kits
can be installed in under an hour- no modifications are needed,
fully bolt on and adjustable. The new steering arms are machined
from solid billet steel. This kit is made to work with spring
over axle kits, 4.5" of lift on up to and above 8".
Available in full kit that includes everything needed to move
both drag link and tie rod over the springs and out of the
way. Also available is the Stage 1 kit that come with drag
link and passenger side steering arm to replace those z-links
or the add-on Stage 2 kit to complete your stage 1 with the
driver side arm and new tie rod.

Sky Z-link Steering
Kit
Although not as good as the "OTS" steering kits,
a Z-link can get the job done. Made from .219 DOM Tube. Mandrel
bent for exact and strong bends. The pitman arm side is machine
tapered the to allow use of a NEW Samurai tie rod end. The
opposite female end is a new CNC machined blank from billet
steel. Also added are gussets for extra protection and strength.
What does all this mean? It means the best z-link on the market
with no core charge. Uses all new parts, thus saving you money
and hassle. Good for up to 4.5" of lift. Perfect for
a SPOA kit.

Sky Suzuki Samurai
to
Toyota Axle High Steer Kit
For those running Toyota axles this is the steering solution
you will need. The drag link is built to mate up to the Samurai
or Sidekick steering box. Kits come with Toyota 4140 billet
steel arms, FJ-80 tie rod ends, .250 wall 1.250 DOM tube,
and 23 mm jam nuts. Some other companies are selling cast
steering arms in the Suzuki to Toyota kits, ask before you
buy as you can get better quality billet parts for the same
price. Also these arms are shorter than competitors arms,
the reason for this is retain full steering radius. Your Samurai
pitman arm is much shorter than the stock Toyota pitman arm,
thus you need a shorter arm on the axle to work with the Samurai
box. Make sure this kit will work for your setup, we know
it will not work with some coil kits.

Trail Tough Sidekick/Tracker Power Steering Mounting Kits
Are your arms tired after a day on the trail? The most common Power steering upgrade uses gear boxes and pumps you can easily find on Sidekicks or Trackers. This kit provides the necessary hardware to mount everything up to either your 1.3L or 1.6L engines.

Power Steering Gear Box Brackets
Two great brackets for those needing to mount on a steering gear box or those who do not want to drill and weld on the factory Samurai frame with the Trail-Tough power steering kit.
The Wedge provides the proper alignment for the Gear Box to keep your steering column in line. and also moves the gear box forward just a bit for better drag link positioning.

Panhard Bar
A "must have" for every spring over axle suspension.
The Panhard Kit is a bolt-on product that provides lateral
stability for your front Samurai axle. This will eliminate
the common effects of the spring over axle suspension such
as axle wobble at critical speeds and loss in steering radius.
Best of all, it improves off-road performance. Many people
have said that with this kit installed, their Samurai handles
as tight as a race car!
In addition to providing lateral stability, the Panhard Kit
also has integrated bump stop mounts into the u-bolt plates
provided and works with the factory upper bump stop setup.
3-piece chromoly rod ends (40,000 lb. radial load) to withstand
the toughest off-road abuse. Custom square u-bolts attach
the upper link mount to the chassis so no welding is required.
Choice of mounting holes for the link makes this kit fit a
wide variety of lift heights.
