Performance Exhaust Combo Kits
This high performance exhaust combo kit includes the Stainless steel Tri-Y header and 2" mandrel bent cat-back exhaust system & turbo muffler. The kit uses stock hanger points all the way for a truly bolt-on system. Header does require welding at the collector kit for the basic combo. The full combo with the Hi-Flow catalytic converter is entirely bolt-on. The full system will produce horsepower gains in the range of 15-18%! The system provides a powerful exhaust tone upon acceleration and a quiet smooth tone at idle and cruising speeds. The entire system includes the header, cat-back system, upper and lower flange gaskets, a-pipe, muffler clamps, hardware and installation instructions.

Stainless Steel Tri-Y Header
Now, more than ever, the absolute best quality header made for the Samurai. This is the last header you will ever need to buy! The brand new T.I.G. welded fully stainless exhaust header is designed for long-term heavy use. A thick 3/8" head flange eliminates warping and leaks. It's also port matched to work on the Suzuki's rectangular exhaust port. Other headers use a round port. What does that match? The header also features a 02 sensor port at the 3-bolt flange. The Calmini header adds horsepower and increases fuel economy.

Installation of this kit is fast and easy with complete hardware and detailed instructions included. A great performance value for your dollar. Complete kit includes header, upper flange gasket, collector kit, lower flange gasket, hardware and installation instructions. Minor welding is required to connect the collector into the factory exhaust system.

Hi-Flow Catalytic Converter
Replacement catalytic converter to replace the worn out factory set-up. Necessary for the Samurai that has to stay smog legal, especially for street driving in California. Inlet and outlet tube measures 2" in diameter. Converter designed as a weld-in unit.

Performance Cat Back System
This complete exhaust system is designed as a compete bolt-on assembly. It replaces the factory exhaust system from the catalytic converter back using all stock hangers and mounting system. The kit is built of 2" O.D. mandrel bent free flowing tubing for an 8-10% boost in horsepower on the Samurai.

2" exhaust system
This exhaust system from Trail Tough is made from 2" aluminized tubing from the manifold back for a smooth flow and a long life. It comes in 3 flanged sections for an easy bolt in installation. Pre welded in is a free-flow catalytic converter and a Dynomax Magna flow straight through muffler. This system definitely provides BIG power and mileage gains. Custom tuned for a very nice subtle yet vibrant tone.

Thorley Tri-Y Header
The Thorley 700Y Performance Header is designed specifically for the Samurai. The Thorley Exhaust Header will give your engine a noticeable power boost making it the most common engine modification on the market. Every header is nickel-chrome plated and is street legal in all 50 states. Smog tag and #’s are welded direct to the #1 tube for easy sight. Minor welding is required to connect the collector into the factory exhaust system.
