ZOR My-Side and My-Side2 Harley Davidson Side Draft Carb Systems
The newest way to give your power-plant some extra ponies and better off road running capability! The My-Side side draft system for the Suzuki 1.3 & 1.6 8V engines bolt right on in two different configurations. Both uniquely feature a water heated billet block for quicker warm up times and a 3" adapter ring that can be attached to a DIY snorkel.
The My-Side kits includes everything except the side draft carb parts. Used carbs are readily available in the $50 to $70 range on ebay or your local biker shops. You use the Harley D 40mm or 44mm CV carb with the OEM choke cable and rubber intake boot. Manufactured from 1996 to 2006 with this kit. The instructions include simple and straightforward "how to" steps to modify the carbs for this application. Modification takes less than 40 minutes.
The My-Side kit includes the aluminum water heated billet block, the 48" enrichment cable (choke), an accelerator cable stop, bracket, adapters, elbow, filter, hoses and all hardware. Now also includes the Holley 12-804 pressure regulator.
For the CV conversion your new or used carb needs to have the rubber
intake boot. If the one you get does not have one we sell them as well.
For either a 40 mm or 44mm new or used carb the complete choke assembly is a must as well. If the one you get does not have one, we sell them also. All 6 brand new HD parts modified into a 4' ez to install choke asembly. Retail $36.95

The My-Side2 comes with a powder-coated specially side milled intake and a water heated billet block. This system can be adapted to a snorkel just like the regular MY-SIDE.
The MY-SIDE2 kit comes with everything needed except the side draft carb including the powder-coated aluminum water heated billet block, powder-coated 1.3 Suzuki intake manifold, the 48" enrichment cable (choke), an accelerator cable stop, bracket, adapters, elbow, filter, hoses and all hardware. Now also includes the Holley 12-804 pressure regulator. Another simple and easy product to install. This set up makes the 1.3 & 1.6 come alive. Rapid acceleration and quicker throttle response. New Screaming Eagle Big Bore 44 mm CV Carb Kit
This is a definitely a power adder if your not looking for optimum gas mileage. This new kit includes a completely new 48” choke cable assembly and new rubber intake boot. Fits both the My Side and My-Side2 kits with the 44 mm adapter ring.
Extreme rapid acceleration and quicker throttle response. Will not stall at angles. This bolt on CV carb does not require a core charge. If purchased with the My-Side kits, the carb will come pre modified to your specs. Some minor tuning after install might be needed.

Weber 32/36 Carburetors

The Weber carb kits are very easy to install and include everything
you will need for the installation. A definite power gain

Propane Injection
Kit
Finally an alternative to troublesome carburetors and complicated
fuel injection systems! These kits are designed to withstand
the abuse of severe weather and extreme rock-crawling abuse.
Your answer to Sammy carb problems. The stock carb is too
small to make good power and even though the aftermarket carbs
make more power, there have flat spots, poor low-end drivability,
and they do not take the angles. This kit is the best of both
worlds: it has the power of an aftermarket carb and excellent
low-end power. Depending on how much power you need to make,
this could eliminate the need to swap the E.F.I. 16 valve,
which is a major project and huge expense. Kit comes with
all necessary parts needed for the install and one tank bracket.
All you need is a propane tank.
Propane is a by-product of the refining process of natural
gas and crude oil. About 3% of a barrel of oil becomes propane.
Propane boils at -44 degrees Fahrenheit; when it is vaporized,
it becomes a gas again. Because it vaporizes at such a low
temperature, it mixes easily with air. Therefore, it doesn't
require a high temperature (over 400 degrees Fahrenheit for
gasoline) for it to atomize. This improves cold starts, emissions,
and driveability. Propane is a stable fuel; it doesn't go
bad if you don't use it!
Since propane has such a low carbon content, motor oil never
gets dirty which increases engine life. The oil does still
need to be changed, though not as often. Spark plug life is
dramatically extended. Also, you cannot "flood"
a propane engine. When a gasoline engine "floods,"
raw fuel enters the cylinders, washing past the rings and
into the oil, also wetting the plugs. Propane carburetion
automatically compensates for altitude and climate changes,
saving carb re-jetting and computer re-learn.
Since propane is under pressure, there are no fuel pumps,
no float bowl, or needle and seat. Another plus is the high
octane rating of propane between 100 and 110. This means that
if you are turbo-charging or supercharging, it is the ideal
fuel.
The propane system is sealed to the elements so that even
complete submersion will not allow water into the fuel system.
Propane is available throughout the world. It is all the same
fuel and the fittings are standardized. Your local propane
dealer will usually cut you a break when buying motor fuel.

Engine Adapter Kit
If you ware wanting to do the common swap of a 1.6L Sidekick/Tracker
engine, this is the kit to go with. By far the best kit on
the market. Petroworks had it together when they designed
this. The full circle engine adaptor leaves no gaps keeping
the dust and water out. It also provides strength and alignment
that is not available in any other adapter on the market.
Alignment bushings provided with the kit position the adapter
plate and transmission perfectly. Design of the motor and
new transmission mounts allows for an easy install without
the need of a body lift. Most will not tell you that the body

Hawk 1.3L New Billet Replacement Cams
We have carrier many cams in the past and have settled on one brand for its high quality and performance gains. The Hawk cams cannot be beat. Other cams we have seen are low quality and use old technology. Not the case with these cams.
We have several to choose from. The Touquer 260 cam that will give great low end power and torque and is great for those looking to crawl those hills and rocks. Power band will be in the 1000-4000 RPM range.

Clicky Starter Kit
It does more than stop the Clicking Starter that is so embarrassing
and very common to the Samurai. It also gives your starter
the power it's been starving for by taking the old worn out
factory connection out of the loop!
The problem is that the power turning over the starter goes
through your key switch. Newer vehicles run a relay putting
direct battery to the starter. If you get in and turn the
key, and you find your Samurai has the dreaded Click Syndrome.
Then this is the fix it needs. Don't delay in getting this
high quality ready to go fix. Because waiting can, and will
cause damage to your starter.
Enclosed with the kit are detailed, easy to follow instructions,
with excellent full color pictures to assist those who might
be mechanically or technically challenged. All wire is 14
gauge automotive cross-linked wire ,(OEM is 18ga.) Everything
you need to install this is included, except the screwdriver.
This kit uses a very High Quality 30amp relay and also includes
a water proof heavy duty fuse holder, and 30 amp fuse to protect
the battery to starter connection. Every one is run through
a series of tests before they get the stamp of approval to
be sold, this is so that you can be assured that you are getting

Flex-A-Lite Fan
Add some horses back to your motor as well as keep it nice
and cool. Flex-A-Lite did not make this for the Samurai but
it fits as if it were! You may have seen it on many write-ups
and we run it on our Project 2.0L Samurai. The low profile
fans come with an adjustable thermostat and a/c relay. An
optional manual override switch may also be ordered to shut
down the fan for those water crossings or muddy situations.
The shrouds mounting surface is 15" x 13 1/2" x
only 2 5/8" thick. It runs a 12" diameter fan with
10 blades turned at a 21 angle. It pulls an incredible 1250
cubic feet per minute while pulling only 9.5 amps. Mounts
with thru core zip mounts and includes a 180º-off - 240º-on
thermostat.

ready Samurai. MSD Blaster High Vibration ignition coils are
the best choice. Sturdy metal housing is potted with a premium-grade
epoxy to completely encase the coils' primary and secondary
windings. This protects the coils from high and low frequency
vibrations. Brass primary terminals ensure full voltage delivery.
Alkyd material is used to form the spark tower because of
its high dielectric characteristics. Alkyd will not carbon

K&N Replacement
Filter
This reusable K&N Filtercharger air filters outflow any
other air filter--up to 900 cfm--for power gains of up to
15 hp. They use a surgical cotton fabric soaked in oil as
their tack barrier. Sandwiched between an aluminum screen
wire, the holes in the cotton catch tumbling air and straighten
it out. Since air moving in a straight line flows faster,
these K&N air filters actually improve airflow. They can
be covered by up to 1/4 in. of debris before air restriction
makes cleaning necessary. These K&N air filters come pre-oiled,
and are a direct fit for your Samurai. So, if you want better
performance from your air filter, then you need to have one
of these K&N air filters in your ride.

Battery Tie Down
Upgrading the stock Samurai battery renders the OEM tie down
brackets useless. Rather then using a poor aftermarket tie
down kit, or worse yet, the common bungee cord, secure that

GM Alternator Bracket
Looking to run bigger lights, a winch, or even just a better
stereo system? That tiny stock alternator will not do the
job. Upgrade to a common Larger Alternator. With this bracket
from Trail Tough you can install the GM alternator on either
the 1.3 or 1.6 motor. You get the alternator from just about
every GM vehicle built from 1973 until 1985 and is available
at pretty much any auto parts store, alt. repair shops, and
most junkyards. The more factory electrical accessories on
the vehicle it came from, the higher the amperage. This alternator
can easily be built to put out 130 amps with parts available
at alternator shops.

15 Gallon Gas Tank with or without Intake Fuel Pump
Carry that extra 5 gallons of gas where it belongs!
Over 15 months of labor went into making the first tanks. They have been great sellers over the years. But when the mold finally committed moldacide it was time to take a hard look at the project and update it.
The second Gen improved tank now has baffles in it to prevent the pickup tube from starving for fuel when your gas level is low on inclines. The best part of the new tank is the adaptation of a modified Sidekick/Tracker in tank electric fuel pump.
A 15 Gallon tank gives you 50% more fuel capacity. This tank is made from DOT approved Polyethylene. It will never rust or rot out. The 3/16” thick steel skid plate is Zinc plated and affords far better protection than the stock plate. Each tank includes a new sending unit and everything you will need for the installation.
The tanks can be purchased with the in tank fuel pump, we can also modify your pump and install it in the tank. Installation will take about 1-2 hours and there no special tools needed. The in tank fuel pump model uses a stock Suzuki In Tank fuel pump from a Sidekick, Tracker, or 1990+ Samurai. You must use a High Pressure Fuel Filter unit (included), banjo bolts and banjo fittings to connect to the filter inlet and outlet.
The tanks are available in black and “natural” colors. The natural is slightly opaque so that the fuel level is visible when you look at it. This can be very comforting when you are trying to decide whether or not you have enough gas to do just one more section of trail or if there is any doubt as to the accuracy of the fuel gage. Some used old style tanks may be available from time to time. Call to inquire.
