ARB Bull Bar - ARB3424010
ARB is world renowned for their Bull Bar front bumper systems. The design for the Samurai Bull Bar is no exception. Safety, protection and function. Mounting to factory front bumper mounts and for extra rigidity, directly to the front of the frame. A great part of the bar is the driving light mounting tabs and tow points. Like everything else ARB does, the powder coating process is top notch. Each bumper is prepared first by shot blasting, priming with a zinc chromate, then sprayed with a strong black powder coat and oven cured providing a long, lasting maintenance-free finish. The ARB Bull Bar is also winch ready and made to use with Warn M6000 but may be easily modified to run many other Warn or T-Max winches.

ShrockWorks Front Bumpers
Add one of ShrockWorks popular front winch and non-winch bumpers to your Samurai for great looks and the ultimate strength. These bumpers are designed to take maximum off-road abuse. The lower portion of the bumper is all 1/4" and 3/16" steel which makes the bumper incredibly strong!. It is CAD designed and laser cut to ensure a perfect fit on your Sami and it looks great with or without a winch installed. Tow points are integrated into the bumper and will accept 3/4" shackles. The ShrockWorks bumper is also designed to mount your winch up high to still give you great approach angles.

A receiver hitch option greatly increases versatility. It can be used with a receiver shackle for an indestructible tow point, a portable winch, or any of the many receiver mounted accessories like cargo baskets. New integrated turn signals are also included. Unlike the Suzuki lenses, these lights are very cheap to replace if you manage to break one and can be found at virtually any auto parts store.
The bumper mounts through the four factory frame bolts, then takes it two steps further. Part 1, two u-bolts clamp the factory tubular frame cross member to the lower tube on the bumper. Part 2 is an exclusive frame mounted anti-rotation bracket. This is a ShrockWorks exclusive which adds serious beef to the mounting of the winch bumper. It prevents the bumper from rotating downward under winch load, because just putting u-bolts around the cross member cannot do this. It also greatly increases the overall strength of the mount since it adds two additional frame attachment points.
Std bumper is shipped unpainted, powder coating option available.

Winch bumper accepts most Warn winches up to 9000lbs and most other companies 8000lb winches.

Works with most aftermarket front suspensions setups except weld on frame extension versions. Please inquire if you have any questions about a particular setup. Please let us know if you have a body lift.

ShrockWorks Rear Bumper
Get rid of that flimsy stock rear bumper and put some serious protection on the back of your Zuk! The ShrockWorks rear bumper will shrug off serious trail abuse and look great while doing it.
These bumpers are designed to be indestructible and provide excellent departure angles by fitting up close to your Sami. Something unique about these bumpers is that six mounting points are used, four on the bottom and two on the top. Most bumpers only use four bolts on the bottom. The additional two mounting points on the top of the ShrockWorks bumper makes the mount MUCH stronger. The construction of this bumper is from laser cut 3/16" thick steel plate. All bumpers come standard with a full set of lights as shown in the pics. These lights are very inexpensive to replace and are available at most auto parts stores and truck stops. A receiver hitch is also standard.

ShrockWorks Rear Bumper with Tire Rack & Multi-Mount
Wondering where to put that MASSIVE High Lift jack or a Jerry Can? Don’t want to have your tail gate torn off again by the spare tire hanging off the stock mount? Check out the Shrockworks rear bumper with the spare tire carrier option. Only the best components are in this bumper are used. Includes a beefy lockable latch which allows a quick one handed open and close. Others racks require you to screw a bolt in by hand every time you want to open your tailgate! The hinge pin is 1" stainless steel and rides on hi-tech Teflon polymer bearings. These bearings are specifically designed for side loads and are used in applications such as pivot points in earth moving equipment! Together you have a beefy, no lube, no rust, maintenance free hinge.

Tire mounting plate has holes the Samurai 5x5.5" lug pattern and also 6x5.5 (Toyota and Wagoneer D44) Please specify which one you have when ordering, but it can be easily changed later if you swap axles.

The Multi-mount pod addition allows your rack to carry a Hi-Lift jack and is ready to accept a Jerry can mount too. It will carry either a one Hi-Lift or one Jerry can and can be quickly swapped between the two.

Installation is straightforward and requires only basic hand tools.

Trail Tough's bumper series are Tough! Designed with a close fit to provide maximum approach and departure angles. They are made from .145 wall thickness material with an OD of 1.900 with tight radiuses to provide maximum rock rash protection and attractive styling. Finished in black powder coating. Front Double Tube Bumper
This bumper offers super protection for the front end of your Samurai. The bumper features 3" steel tubing and 1 piece welded construction which makes this bumper extremely tough and durable. The bumper also has an added grill hoop bar for extra protection and two light tabs for mounting off road lights as well. The factory front turn indicator lights bolt directly to integrated tabs in the bumper design and bumper as a whole bolts directly to the frame. No drilling required for installation. Bumper is finished in semi-gloss black powdercoat and comes complete with all mounting hardware.

Finally, a rugged, easy way to mount your winch on the front of your Samurai. Uses our exclusive mounting system found on all of our heavy duty winch bumpers. Has all the same features of our regular tube bumper except it is designed to accommodate your winch. The bumper can accommodate winches up to 22 inches wide. Recommended maximum winch size 4000 - 6000 lbs. The complete bumper kit is finished in semi-gloss black powder coat for corrosion resistance and comes with full mounting hardware.

Front Double Tube Winch Bumper
This heavy duty bumper is built from 1/4" steel plate throughout. The winch plate is pre-drilled to accept all Warn or Ramsey winches up to 9000 pounds. Unlike other designs out there, you are not limited to the style of winch that can be used. Stand-up or standard flat style will install with ease and full access to the winch. The bumper also features a precision laser cut front fairlead plate that is ready for your roller fairlead. Our bumpers are the strongest winch bumper for the Samurai, PERIOD. The bumper allows you to remove the outer stock bumper mount tube for additional tire clearance in the front. The lower tube in the bumper is fully welded and reinforced and allows for the use of a Hi-Lift jack at any point. The bumper also feature integrated tabs for mounting factory turning indicators and requires no drilling to install. Front Plate Winch Bumpers
These Heavy Duty winch bumper features 1/4" & 3/16" plate throughout. The bumper has pre-drilled winch mounting plates and accepts all Warn or Ramsey winches up to 9000lbs. Strongest bumper and mounting system on the market today. Allows additional front tire clearance by removing outer stock bumper mounts. The bumper ends are formed with 3/16" plate steel and are indestructible, not like wimpy 10ga. sheet metal used on other bumpers. The outer beams are tapered at the ends for maximum clearance off road and uses stock turn indicator lamps. Bumpers are finished in semi-gloss black powder coat and comes complete with all necessary hardware for installation. No welding required. Made by Calmini.

Stage 1 has no upper bars or grill guards and is great for the wheeler looking keep things to a minimum or add their own style.

Stage 2 adds the upper plates and center cross tube.

Stage 3 starts with the stage one bumper with the addition of the addition of a more complex grill guard system as well as integrated tabs for driving lights.

This replacement double tube rear bumper is crafted from 1/4" think steel plate that forms a complete mounting frame that houses the factory rear lights and also incorporates built in tow points. Desert Runner Rear Bumper
Made from 1.5 in. x .120 hrew tubing,and braced with 1.0in.x .120 hrew tube, this tough rear bumper is designed to protect the lower quarters and the underside rear of the truck for dragging off those steep drop-offs while rock crawling.
