NEW! Fully 4340 Chromoly Front Samurai Super Axles
Sick of breaking Samurai front axle shafts? The all new RCV 26 Spline Chromoly Front Axle Shafts by Spidertrax put an end to an over 2 decade old problem! These all new axles were designed utilizing the latest axle shaft technologies perfected by competition rock crawling and racing. Key advantages of our design are:
-Every part of this kit, from design to manufacturing, is proudly done in the United States of America. Don't be fooled by cheap import imitations selling inferior parts for pennies on the dollar. Save yourself the trouble and buy American.
-All components are made from 4340 chromoly heat treated material with all heat treatment done after machining, not before.
-Inner axle shafts are larger in diameter, upgraded from 22 spline to 26 spline.
-Inner axle shafts are fully machined or "necked down". This process is more expensive than simply making a shaft one diameter, but the extra cost is well worth it. By properly machining down the axle shaft, you end up unloading the axle shaft splines and are able to distribute the entire load throughout the shaft. Otherwise, the splines would take the brunt of the load and become the weak link.
-Front oil sealing surfaces are kept to OEM specification. This is only possible with an inner axle shaft that is fully machined.
-Patented birfield cage design adds vital strength during full turn high torque loads (US Pat # 7,025,684).
-Birfield and inner axle shafts come fully greased and assembled just like OEM. There is good reason to do this too besides the obvious "it makes life easier". When a birfield joint is brand new it is critical that all bearing surfaces are properly greased and greasing a birfield joint is most effectively done prior to installing the axle shafts. Therefore, all birfields are greased prior to the installation of the inner axle shafts and then the inner axle shafts are installed and locked in place.
-All parts come with a "Limited Lifetime Warranty". You break your first part, we will replace it for you hassle free. After your first warranty claim, all parts are covered for life from defects in material and workmanship.
Please note, to install these front axle shafts into your Samurai, you will need to run 26 spline side gears in your front differential. This can be done by installing OEM rear side gears into the front or by purchasing a locker that already includes 26 spline side gears

Carrier Pin Retaining Cans
Precision CNC machined parts make this kit the best on the market. This retainer sleeve and bearing adjuster are needed for installing Suzuki Sidekick OEM gears into a Samurai carrier. You will also need the retainer sleeve when installing aftermarket 5.38 Gears. The reason for this is the cross pin in the carrier is held in by the ring gear. With the thinner Sidekick gears and aftermarket 5.38 gears, this is no longer the case. No welding or machining is required for the installation of this kit.

Powertrax Lockright Lockers
For ease of install and people who are on a budget, Powertrax
Lockright lockers are hard to beat. Of course, selectable
lockers such as ARB air lockers would be much more desirable,
the Lockrights get the job done for a fraction of the
cost. Many differentials have a set of spider gears which
allow the outside tire to turn faster than the inside for
a smooth turn. These lockers still allow for this at low torque.
But when you add torque or are heading strait down the road
the locker automatically delivers 100% lockup to keep you
moving.
These have been running strong and have held up for years,
and will for years to come. We feel the Lockright is
a better product than others on the market and cheaper too.
Lockers with out couplers still utilize factory side gears
and can be used in both the front and rear differentials.
Lockers with couplers completely replace all spider gears
for those wanting all new components and can only be used
in the rear axle.

for superior strength. It will withstand any abuse you put
it through with 100% lockup. Mini Spools are different that
full spools in that it goes inside the carrier and replaces
all spider gears. Full spools replace the entire carrier.
This is the only best and only Spool made for the Samurai
at this time. Made for the rear axle of your Samurai or Sidekick
axles.

Birfield Rings
Don’t run the risk of broken front birfields with your
lockers! This is the original "birfield fix" for
the front Samurai axles. These high tolerance heat treated
chromoly rings press fit over the OEM birfield joints. This
prevents the birfield joint from grenading or exploding under
high torque, a common problem especially with front lockers
installed. There is no machining required on the OEM birfield
to install this ring. Minimal clearancing is needed inside
the birfield housing and can be done with a small die grinder
or Dermal like tool.

Warn Hubs
These are the perfect replacements for worn-out factory hubs.
New stock Samurai hubs can cost over $130 each! These Premium
Warn hubs are less than half the cost. The all metal construction
and ZA Alloy dial ensure years of reliable functioning. This
dial requires a full 9/10ths of a turn to ensure positive
engagement of the inner drive gear to the clutch ring. To
make sure they stay engaged, Warn premium hubs use a thick
internal wave spring and heavy dial detents. Warn knew the
premium hubs would be used hard, so they build them to last.
They are so confident, that all Warn hubs are covered by a
lifetime limited warranty.

Trail Tough 1"
and 2" Extended Slip Yokes
Extended slip yokes available in 1" or 2" longer
than stock sizes. These can be used with the stock shaft portion

Drive Line Spacers
Adding lift to your Samurai usually over extends the slip
yokes on the drive shafts. The easiest and most cost effective
fix is adding a drive shaft spacer. Doing so avoids the hassles
of making a new drive shaft, which is not only difficult but
expensive. The spacer works by attaching between drive shaft
flanges. Each kit comes with new bolts, nuts, and lock washers.
Unlike other drive shaft spacers on the market, each spacer
is double anodized blue for superior corrosion resistance.
Plus our zinc plated hardware will not rust like other kits
using black oxide.
Each kit comes with new bolts, nuts, and lock washers. Choose
from 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4". Specify 86-89 or
90-95.
Note: Although we try our best to keep these in stock, due
to the popularity of these spacers, stock issues can arise on
some sizes of spacers from time to time. We have found that
most customers do not mind, so you may get a non-anodized
spacer in place of the blue anodized spacers pictured. Prices
are the same. We will try to inform you of this upon order.
If this is an issue please let us know if you want to
wait for the anodized ones.

Toyota Drive Line
Adapters
It is a well known fact that Samurai drive lines weren’t
the strongest ever built. Fortunately there is a great low
cost alternative to custom made drive shafts. These spacers
allow you to replace the stock pretzel you just bent with
a much stronger Toyota drive line. They are also a good thing
to have when you are doing the common Toyota axle swap.
Choose with or without hardware.

Pinion / Castor
Angle Shims
Many times when you lift your vehicle, your drive line angle
does not end up right. In the front this can mess up your
caster angles and may be unsafe to steer. In the rear it causes
undo stress on your drive line and u-joints and causes drive
train vibration. These solid steel angle shims are your ticket
to safe and vibration free driving.
Available in 2" or 2.5" widths and 3, 5, or 7 degree
sizes

Axle Trusses
Axle trusses will help prevent the dreaded sag, so prone to
lifted and over worked Suzuki Samurai axles. Constructed of
1/8th inch steel, formed and laser cut, with the Suzuki
"S" logo. No grinding or fitting is needed, just
hold on and weld. Because the Samurai axle is a bit thinner,
you can install one on top as well as the bottom. This is
also good for bigger engine swaps with lower oil pans, you
can install one on the bottom only if needed. Weld-on.

ARB Air Locker
The world’s most highly regarded traction aid, an ARB
Air Locker is a driver controlled locking differential originally
designed to give serious 4 wheelers the traction needed to
combat extreme off road terrain. When extra traction is required,
the driver activates the Air Locker via a convenient dash
mounted switch. Pneumatic pressure supplied by an on board
air compressor engages ARB’s patented locking mechanism
within the Air Locker, thus preventing the wheels from turning
independently. The Air Locker is deactivated by flicking a
switch, returning the differential to normal. By far the most
coveted locker in the world! Choose from Front Or Rear Lockers.

ARB Air Compressors
4x4 air compressors provide truck owners with many advantages
regardless of whether you're four wheeling, camping,
fishing or hunting.
ARB has a line of models, from vehicle mounted options to
a portable air
compressor, each suitable for numerous tasks including specific
models available for Air Locker activation.
Few 4x4 accessories offer as many advantages as readily
available on-board air. Considered by truck owners around
the world to be a staple accessory for off road travel, an
ARB 4x4 air compressor provides an immediate source of compressed
air anywhere a 12 volt power source is available.
Tires perform best when they're set at a pressure that's appropriate
for the terrain. While highway use calls for a relatively
high pressure rate, lowering your air pressure will dramatically
improve your 4x4's traction in a range of off road environments.
Compressed air allows you the freedom to adjust the tire inflation
level of your truck to suit the conditions.
An equally beneficial feature of on-board air is the ability
to re-inflate tires that have been repaired - it's not unusual
to get several punctures in one day when 4WDing in extreme
off road conditions. In this environment, the value of owning
a 4x4 air compressor is priceless. When coupled with good
quality tire repair equipment, an ARB air compressor provides
the off road traveler with independence and peace of mind.
ARB 4x4 air compressors are individually leak tested, current
draw tested and flow tested under load at the factory before
packaging and come with a comprehensive 2 year warranty. And
ARB's after-sales service is second to none with many of the
compressor components readily available and easily sourced.
CKSA12 - This compact vehicle mounted Air
Locker Air Activation System has been specifically designed
to provide on-board air for activating ARB Air Locker locking
differentials. A smaller unit, it comes with a mounting bracket
that allows versatile positioning and is sealed for moisture
and dust resistance with quality components used for reliable
compressed air and extra long life.
CKMA12 - Permanently mounted, this compressor
is installed into your truck and includes a full wiring loom
with Air Locker solenoid plug in contacts, mounting hardware
with reinforcing bracket and quality compressor isolating
switch. This compressor can be used to activate Air Lockers,
and can perform other functions such as inflating camping
gear with an optional inflation kit sold separately.

Suzuki Samurai KAM
Selectable Diff Lock System with 40% Stronger Axle Shafts
The Kam locker was originally designed for the Santana PS10
Military vehicle. Extensive testing was undertaken and Kam
now has a new fully developed differential lock system that
is quite unique. So unique that a World wide patent as been
applied for this new locking system. To date over 1850 units
have been supplied for the PS10. Now Kam is building them
for Land Rovers and Samurai’s using the same technology.
Original designs were air actuated or cable driven but now
the activating mechanism components have been reduced and
simplified, thus making the system considerably less expensive
and easier to install and use.
It is electrically controlled via a switch within the vehicle
cab, which operates a solenoid in the diff case. Unlike the
older version, it does not require an activating box to be
fitted on top of the axle tube. This new designed operating
system is internally fitted to the diff pan and has no external
parts to foul the exhaust or braking system. You will have
all the parts supplied in the kit to do the job completely.
The principle of the locker is that the old diff pan is removed
and replaced with a new removable one. You will have to be
able to weld the new mounting ring in place or get your local
workshop to do the welding. It takes around 2 hours once you
have the axle stripped and prepared.
New Design Benefits
1) Cheaper than the old KAM locker.
2) No fouling of braking system or exhaust.
3) Activator mechanism internal to axle diff pan.
4) Easy set up, adjustment, inspection and serviceable.
5) Easier fitment to axle either production line or retro
fit.
6) Still uses same well proven locking mechanism (sliding
dog gear)
7) Manual over ride still available (Optional)
8) Improved operation and quicker differential lock in control.
9) Push button operation (with integral operation warning
lamp)
10) Comes with KAM strengthened half shafts and new wheel
bearing kits
