When placing orders, please have parts that you want in mind,
shipping address and billing address if different, credit
card information (card #, expiration date, 3 or 4 digit
authorization code), and e-mail address.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD
NUMBERS THROUGH E-MAIL.
Forms of Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and generally do not include
shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards as well as Money Orders, Bank Certified Checks, and Cash. We will also accept PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer payments but reserve the right to add a small charge to cover the higher fees. PayPal is usually 4% and Transfers are $10. We do not offer open accounts or CODs.
We will only take Credit Card orders for International orders. This is protection for us against fraudulent orders. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Utah residents add 6.5% sales tax.
Privacy
Low Range Off-Road respects our customer's privacy. All phone
number, fax numbers, email addresses, and other contact information
is used solely for the purpose of successful ordering and
shipping of Low Range Off-Road parts. We will never release
or sell your information to any company or organization. Please
note that if items are drop shipped, our supplier will get
your shipping address only.

Shipping Methods
Different orders are shipped using different methods. The best method
will be chosen at the time of your order. Our default shipping method in the states is UPS. We can also ship items Priority mail on Request. We ship all over seas orders fully insured and most the time either Priority Mail or Express Mail. Some orders for larger items such as bumpers may ship truck freight and may not be able to ship overseas.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are available on most orders. If your orders
is back ordered at our location and ship directly from the
manufacture, we may not have access to a tracking number.
Returns
It is ultimately your responsibility to determine that the
parts you order are the correct items for your vehicle model
and year. We will work with you in any reasonable means to
insure the product fits your vehicle. Please call or email
us for technical information on application and fitment to
your vehicle prior to ordering. Returns are ONLY accepted
in exchange for in-store credit and a 20% restock fee applies.
Refunds are NOT given. NO credit will be given for shipping
fees. Items must be in brand new condition, in it's
original packaging, containing all original contents, and
has not been installed. If items are not in new re-saleable
condition, we will first contact you with the option of selling
the item on eBay as "scratch and dent" and credit
will be given for the amount recovered. If you need to return
anything to us you MUST contact us first for approval and
obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) within
30 days of delivery. Without this, our returns department
may not be able to process your return and will not know who
sent the package.
Refunds
Refunds are not given. See "Returns."
Cores
With all parts requiring a core, the core must be in a condition
so it can be rebuilt or refurbished and can be sent out to
another customer in a “LIKE NEW” condition. Cores
that do not come in a reusable condition will not be acceptable
and a core charge refund will NOT be given or may ONLY be
given for the parts of the core that can be reused.
Cores must be returned within 30 days of delivery of purchase.
Warranty
All warranties must be handled directly through the appropriate
manufacture, you are responsible to contact them directly
for replacement or service. We will "go to bat"
for you and assist in any way we can if prompted by the manufacturer.
Shipping charges to and from manufacturer are to be covered
by the customer.
Claims
Damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the carrier
(UPS, USPS). Title of merchandise passes form shipper to carrier
after it leaves our doors and to the customer on delivery.
All parts should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure
every parts is in good working order. All claims must be filed
by the customer through the carrier were applicable. We will
do all we can to fix the problem on our end. Upon carrier
approval, re-shipments of product will then be carried out.
Online Prices
We try and keep our online prices accurate, however there
are times they might not be. In which case we do reserve the
right to either negotiate a new, fair, price with you or cancel
the order. Either way you will be notified of the discrepancy
ASAP.
Product Application
Rock crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous
activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road
handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold
by Low Range Off-Road, LC are sold with intention for off
road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility
of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation
of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances
void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle
may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious
bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products
hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such
modifications and use. Low Range also strongly recommends
that all products be installed by trained professionals only.

YOU are the reason Low Range Off-Road, LC is in business.

whatever it takes to earn your trust, your business, and your
