The brand new T.I.G. welded fully stainless exhaust header is designed for long-term heavy use. A thick 3/8" head flange eliminates warping and leaks. It's also port matched to work on the Suzuki's rectangular exhaust port. Other headers use a round port. What does that match? The header also features a 02 sensor port at the 3-bolt flange. The Calmini header adds horsepower and increases fuel economy.

8V and 16V Exhaust Combo Systems
These performance combo kit includes either the 8V Stainless Steel Tri-Y header or 16V Ceramic Coated Header and 2" diameter aluminized steel pre-bent Cat-Back Exhaust system and turbo muffler. Combo exhaust provides powerful exhaust tone on acceleration yet quiet at idle and cruising speeds. Expect a 15 - 18% horsepower gain with increased fuel economy once this kit is installed.
The kit comes complete with everything shown and is designed to be used with stock catalytic converter.
Minor welding is required into the stock exhaust system with the header on the 8v models.
Also available for the 8V is a kit with catalytic converter for a complete bolt on kit.

Performance Catback Exhaust & Filter Combo System
This is a great performance upgrade combo for your Sidekick or Tracker. The complete kit includes our 2" aluminized steel mandrel bent performance exhaust system and the drop in Blue replacement filter. Expect gains of 10-12% with the installation of this system as well as increased fuel mileage due to a more free flowing filter and exhaust kit.
This is a must have system for rigs with larger off-road tires and accessories.

Thorley Tri-Y 8 and 16 Valve Headers
Does your Sidekick, Tracker, X90, or Vitara need a bit more ponies under the hood? It has a reliable engine with great low-end torque, but it needs a little power boost. These exhaust headers will give you exactly what you need with a noticeable performance boost, especially if you enlarge the exhaust pipe diameter from the header back through the muffler. The Thorley header is a Tri-Y design, nickel-chrome plated and has been accepted by the California Air Resources Board, making it smog-legal in all 50 states!

Hi-Flow Catalytic Converters
Replacement catalytic converter to replace the worn out factory set-up. Necessary for the Samurai that has to stay smog legal, especially for street driving in California. Inlet and outlet tube measures 2" in diameter.
