Our Blocks are CNC Cut and Machined from solid 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, with a CNC Machined Pressed in steel locating stud. By our machining and press technique, we achieve what cannot be matched in todays market- ACCURACY.
This 1 degree taper is machined in the block with a CNC Machined "F" indicating which way the block is installed in the vehicle. Why a taper? We have found that with a 1 degree taper we achieve the least drive train vibration. We have worked closely with dealerships to make sure the best possible product is installed on customer vehicles.
