Caster angle has alot to do with many steering issues you may have. Most just worry about their pinion angle in the front but you have to deal with your caster angle first and pinion angle second. You generally between 2 and 5 degrees positive caster. That means the top of your tire is angled toward the fire wall. Kind of like a bycicle.
For the rear you have to set your pinion angle differently for the type of drive shaft you are running. See the attached graphic.
These solid steel angle shims are your ticket to safe and vibration free driving.
Available in 2 inch wide for Samurai, 2.25 inch wide for Toyota, and 2.5 inch for Jeep YJ springs and your choice of 2, 4, or 6 degree angles.
Made to be used with tha common 5/16 inch cross-pin and easily drilled to fit larger pins. Counter bored Cross Hole to avoid any stress on the head of the pin.
