We thought for such a long time that the stock rear axles in our Toyota’s were as strong as you could get from the factory....until POW! Larger tires, lower gears, and a heavier foot on the throttle can cause havoc to your factory rear axles when the torque put on them is beyond what they were designed to take. These axles feature a break strength of 8,300 ft-lbs or torque and up to 120 degrees of twist which really counts when shock loads are at a maximum. Plus, they carry a Lifetime Warranty! Applications fit 79-95 Toyota Pickups and 4Runners. Learn More

If you are looking for Differential Protection for your Toyota Pickup or 4Runner 8" Differential, Low Range Off Road has engineered a cover that will not only protect, but gain the looks of the masses. If you look at the factory Toyota axle housing, what seperates your ring and pinion from getting damaged is only about 1/16" inch of sheet metal. If you bash your cover into your ring gear, not only will it cause damage, but it will probably ruin your day or maybe even your month.

Caster angle has alot to do with many steering issues you may have. Most just worry about their pinion angle in the front but you have to deal with your caster angle first and pinion angle second. You generally between 2 and 5 degrees positive caster. That means the top of your tire is angled toward the fire wall. Kind of like a bycicle. For the rear you have to set your pinion angle differently for the type of drive shaft you are running. See the attached graphic. Learn More

Do you have a differential that you want to vent? We have a solution for anyone wanting to run a bellow. These work great on Sidekick rear axles where the factory line may be pulled out due to extra lift and line pull from the factory differential line. These are a much lower durometer than others on the market, so they are less likely to blow out rear axle seals or pinion seals from increased differential pressure. You can run these on 1/4" Barb fittings for easy adaptation even to fittings from your local hardware store. Learn More
