This Suzuki Sidekick, Geo Tracker, Vitara, Grand Vitara, X90, and Sunrunner Transfer Case Rebuild Kit is our standard kit plus the mainshaft needle bearings and countershaft bearings to make it the most complete rebuild kit anywhere. We have a combination of the highest quality bearings, the right amount and correct seals and orings and the best OEM Specified silicone.
Includes:
5- Roller Bearings (What usually wears out the fastest) We include only the highest quality Japanese bearings.
4- Seals Including the extremely hard to find speedometer shaft seal. Seals are very high quality units. We include the OEM Seals for the front output and rear output shafts. Other seals on the market are a steel outside diameter which can cause damage to your aluminum case. This is unique to our kit.
2- O Rings Includes the orings for countershaft and speedometer. This is unique to our kit.
3- Needle Bearings Includes the front and rear output needle bearings. These see the most debris from the slip yokes. If your seals have gone bad, then most likely these have gone bad. The last needle bearing is the pocket bearing for the input shaft.

2-Countershaft Needle Bearings- OEM Suzuki Countershaft Bearings for precision alignment of the countershaft.
1- OEM Specified Permatex Ultra Grey Silicone This is not the cheapest garbage silicone that many kits have on the market, it is an OE specified silicone for aluminum housings. This is the best silicone we have found for these transfer cases...and because it is the same color as aluminum it doesn't look like a mess.
