For those who do not want to attempt putting together their own case, we are now doing this for you. We can take your case and fully rebuild it with the 4.9.1 gears installed and ready to run. We first fully dismantle the case. Clean it in solvent and then bead blast the case so you get one back that looks brand new. If any mounting holes are damaged we take care to drill and tap or helicoil them if needed so you have a hassle free install. We also paint your flanges black to avoid rust and corrosion. The bearings are carefully replaced. Comes ready to install, fill with oil and go. You can either send in your core first to avoid the core charge or after and we can refund you for no down time. 6 month warranty on gears and case, call for details. Case breakages are NOT covered. We do highly suggest an upgraded transfer case cradle for lower geared cases.
You can also choose to have us install a Updated Front Output Shaft. (see output shaft page for more details)
The case will come standard with the stock J shift pattern but you can also choose options of the Popular "Twisted TT" kit or "Evil Twin" Twin stick kit that we can pre-install in your case so you can have a true neutral and 2wd Low. See the Twisted TT kit page for details on that kit. (no modifications necessary, uses factory boot) The twin stick kit will require welding and bending for installation. Call for more details on that kit. Interior boot for twin sticks sold separately.
Refundable $300.00 Core Charge. Not included in price
With all parts requiring a core, the core must be in a condition so it can be rebuilt or refurbished and can be sent out to another customer in a “LIKE NEW” condition. Cores that do not come in a reusable condition will not be acceptable and a core charge refund will NOT be given or may ONLY be given for the parts of the core that can be reused. Cores must be returned within 30 days of delivery of purchase. For more information, please visit our Policies page.
