Suzuki Samurai Late (Large) Transfer Case Rear Output Flange (Toyota Bolt Pattern)

Want to put a Toyota driveline on your Samurai?

You have two options. Either use a Toyota driveline adapter (Sold at Low Range) or run a larger flange that has a bolt pattern to match. This method is more expensive but does help with driveline angles when they matter most.

We have new OEM Suzuki Rear Output Flanges in a limited supply with a 60mm x 60mm x 10mm bolt pattern used in most 1984-1995 U-Joint style Toyota Trucks and 4Runners. PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE A REPLACEMENT SAMURAI FLANGE. IF USING A TOYOTA DRIVELINE, PLEASE NOTE IN ORDERING THAT YOU ARE DOING THAT. WE WILL MACHINE THE CENTER BORE TO FIT TOYOTA BORE WHICH IS SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN SUZUKI. WE WILL DO THIS FREE OF CHARGE IF YOU LET US KNOW WHEN ORDERING.

These are not the same as the front input and front output flange.  These do not have a seal surface. On the rear of a Samurai Transfer Case, the seal is in the case itself.  The seal does not ride on the flange like the front output and input flanges.
