Suzuki Samurai Late (Large) Transfer Case Front Output/Input Flange (Toyota Bolt Pattern)

Want to put a Toyota driveline on your Samurai?

You have two options. Either use a Toyota driveline adapter (Sold at Low Range) or run a larger flange that has a bolt pattern to match. This method is more expensive but does help with driveline angles when they matter most.

We have new OEM Suzuki Front Input/Output Flanges in a limited supply with a 60mm x 60mm x 10mm bolt pattern used in most 1984-1995 U-Joint style Toyota Trucks and 4Runners. PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE A REPLACEMENT SAMURAI FLANGE. IF USING A TOYOTA DRIVELINE, PLEASE NOTE IN ORDERING THAT YOU ARE DOING THAT. WE WILL MACHINE THE CENTER BORE TO FIT TOYOTA BORE WHICH IS SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN SUZUKI. WE WILL DO THIS FREE OF CHARGE IF YOU LET US KNOW WHEN ORDERING.

Late (Large) Transfer Case Rear Flanges for use with Toyota driveshafts are also available.

This is for the Front Input/Output Flange. These are not the same as the Rear Output Flange. These have a sealing surface that the front input and front output seal against with a seal.
