I installed one of these as well, had the same issues as alot of other people. I'm not trying to say its anyones fault but it just doesnt seem to work as you would think. will be purchasing a driveline mounted brake soon. Bottom line, doesnt hold for more than a minute but not LROR's fault, just a stock item. Thanks for having great service (Posted on 11/13/10)

These have a bad rep on forums. Which I found out after I installed it. I'm a certified tech. Did everything according to the book(more than once). This thing started unlocking by itself in the worst of time. Talk about chasing a truck down a mountain. Took a block everywhere I went after a few incidents. Took it off. Wish I could get my money back.

Bottom line NOT SAFE! DO NOT BUY!

LROR Reply: We are sorry to hear about the issues you have had. We have sold close to 600 of these linelocks over the last 5 years and have never heard of any unlocking issues from customers. If it were a common issue we would discontinue the item. We try to carry the best products available. We would think there are other brake component issues besides the linelock that are allowing bleed-off in the system. We do not sell this item as a long term park brake.
