The outback station is a versitile, compact and easy to use dutch oven stand / grille.  The main elements are an aluminum cast grille plate to position 10-20 Charcoal briquettes which warm the dutch oven pot.  The retractable legs provide support for the grille plate and provide stability.  The handles extend to provide the user a place for utensils and te dutch oven lid when stirring the pot.  A wind guard is also provided to prevent the charcoal from extinguishing.  It is also capable of supporting a grille to barbeque in a traditional way.  The Kit comes complete with an Outback Station, wind guard and grill.
