Front and Rear Lift
Springs
Our lift springs are flexible on the trail yet hold their
lift year after year. Springs are pre cycled and load tested
to maintain quality. Nylon pads between the leafs reduce noise
and allow springs to flex more easily. Raised clamp assemblies
prevent binding of the leafs within the pack. Dual-pass shot-peened
to relive material stress.
Front Springs feature a full military wrap on the front and
the 1/4 wrap on the rear. Spring rate is 220 lbs per inch.
Leaf pack is 6 leaves. Springs are 47" long as measured
along the top leaf. Pin to center of front mount is 22"
and pin to center of the shackle mount is 25". New poly
bushings and left side spring pad are included with springs.
NEW! Now a front 5"
spring is available in a heavy duty version with a 25%
higher spring rate. A 7th leaf is added and the
length of the leaves is readjusted to match. If you are running
a larger v6 or v8 motor you will appreciate the extra weight
carrying capacity of these springs.
Rear Springs feature a full military wrap on the front and
the 1/4 wrap on the rear. Spring rate is 235 lbs per inch.
Leaf pack is 7 leaves plus a special torque leaf to reduce
axle wrap. Springs are 56 5/8" long as measured along
the top leaf. Pin to center of front mount is 27 1/2",
pin to center of rear mount is 29 5/8". New poly bushings
are included with springs. These springs are longer than stock
and will require hanger relocation.

Bilstein 5125 Shocks
Long travel shocks are an important part of a flexible off
road suspension system. Bilstein shocks are world renown for
quality and performance. Available in 10", 12" and
14" lengths.
All shocks sold include sleeves for both top and bottom bolts.
10" & 12" shocks include black shock boot, 14"
shock does not include boot due to the extended travel range
of the shock.
10" shocks have an extended length of 25.93" and
a collapsed length of 15.91"

Doetsch Tech Shocks
We carry two different Series Shocks, the 3000 Series DT shocks
and the 8000 Series.
Doetsch Tech shocks have been used on our Samurai’s
because of the right valving- in turn this makes for a better
ride due to the light weight characteristics of the Samurai.
The 3000 series shock features multi-stage valving for a smooth
comfortable ride on the street and controlled off-road performance
and durability, twin tube design, large 1.375 inch piston,
cellular closed cell foam, double wall construction for dent
resistant failure, double welded for added strength, a baked
white enamel finish and polyurethane bushings.
Second is the 8000 series or pre-runner shocks. These are
mostly used with heavier engines or extreme suspensions like
the quarter elliptical or coil kits. Designed for many years
of off-road use. Features high velocity, speed sensitive valving,
massive 1.626 inch piston, large .6875 inch chrome shaft,
Teflon wiper seal, built in bump stop, double wall construction
for dent resistant failure, double welded for added strength,
a baked white enamel finish and polyurethane bushings.
Both come in many sizes to fit your specific application.

Shock Hoops
When building a flexible suspension it is important to have
plenty of shock travel. Stock length shocks simply won't travel
far enough to keep up with our flexible springs. We recommend
shocks with 12"-14" of travel. Our tall hoops will
accommodate 14" Bilstein Shocks and require the inner
fender to be cut and shocks installed with the top above the
inner fender. Our Medium Hoops will accommodate 12" shocks
without cutting the inner fenders. Weld on installation. Unpainted
finish.

DIY Shock Hoops
This kit includes pieces to build your own shock hoops. Includes
2- 1 1/2 " x .120 mild steel round tubes, bent at 180
degrees, 4- 3/16" laser cut steel tabs w/ 1/2" hole
and 4-1 1/2"capped end tubes. Good for solid axle swaps
or just wanting to create something on your own. Tubes will
need to be fit and welded and additional bracing could be
required. These are a good starter kit for someone who does
not have all the tooling to make their own. Requires hand
tools, some fabrication knowledge and welding and grinding.

Lower Shock Mounts
These shock mounts are designed to weld directly on to the
axle housing. Can be used for front or rear axle applications.
Made from 3/16" plate steel. Mounts have curved bottoms
that can be mounted horizontally or vertically on axle. Mount
is 2.5" tall with 1/2" shock mount holes.

Rear Upper Shock Mount
A rear shock hoop designed to allow shocks to be moved on top of the axle and tilted inward to allow maximum travel. These are designed to use eye mount shocks and are a weld-in item. Constructed of .120” wall 1.5” tubing. Fits all ‘79-‘95 Toyota pickups and 4-Runners. Includes lower shock mounting tabs. note:trim to fit.

DIY Anti-Wrap Track
Bar Parts
It's a fact that leaf springs can wrap-up under torque of
rock crawling. Low gears and flexible springs are more susceptible
to this effect. For most trail rigs the wrap up does not present
a problem. For those tackling the top trails and hardest lines,
a track bar helps improve traction and responsiveness of the
suspension system on the trail.
The anti-wrap bar totally controls undesirable axle wrap without
limiting suspension travel and articulation. Below you will
find most of what you will need to create you're own rear
link system. The Axle bracket to the right is designed to
fit tightly on 1986-1995 Toyota Pickup and 4Runner 3"
axle housings.
The heavy duty link material is made from seamless DOM. 2"
OD, 1.5" ID, .25 wall. Ideal for use with Johnny Joints
and bungs listed above. Maximum shipping length is 5 foot.

Creeper Joints
These heavy duty rod ends are ideal for today's flexible suspension systems. Super strong, Creeper Joints will hold up to years of punishment. The outer shell is a single forged piece. The inner flex ball is made from 8620 tool steel and rides on high quality polyurethane bushings. Heavy-duty, hardened steel washers hold the joint together. Creeper Joints are super flexible and allow for up to 40 degrees of movement when used with spacers. A threaded grease fitting is provided on top for lubrication. The flex ball is drilled for cross lubrication flow from the shell to the link mount bolt. Each joint includes a jam nut! Three different flex ball sizes; 9/16", 5/8" & 18mm, allow you to choose the right size to match your application. The threaded section is 1-1/4" in diameter with 12 threads per inch. Jam nuts are included with each joint!

Creeper Joint Nuts and Bungs
Available Seperately is a 1.25" Jam nut available in left hand and right hand threads for use with the creeper joint or many other flex style joints with a 1 1/4-12 thread. Creeper Joint Shackle Mounts

Chevy Leaf Spring Hanger
Just like the very popular sloped style hangers but with an inside diameter of 3" and a 9/16" bolt hole. Use these for mounting up the fixed end of the Chevy leaf spring on the popular Chevy Spring Swap. 5" Overall length. Measurement from inside up to center of the hole is 1 5/8" Construction material is 1/4" thick for unbelievable strength. Laser cut steel with slots in top of hanger for rosette welds if needed. Note: These hangers are different than the ones included in the Chevy Swap kit. Check bolt hole size before ordering.

Bumpstops
Great for dialing in suspension travel or stopping that annoying
rattle. Each bumpstop is made from a high grade molded polymer.
All bumpstops with a stud use a high strength 3/8"x16
bolt, welded on washer, and nylock nut. Each comes with 2
bumpstops. All bumpstops come in black but may be special
ordered in red.

Bumpstop Extension
When installing leaf springs it's important to have bumpstops
to limit how far the leaf springs compress. These easy to
weld on extensions make installing bumpstops quick and easy.
Extensions weld directly to the frame. Bumpstops are welded
to the top of the U-bolt flip plates. Recommended for use
with 86-95 Pickup's & 4Runners.

3 Hole Spring Perches
When installing lifted rear leaf springs, it's best to rotate
the pinion so it points directly at the rear transfer case
output flange and use a CV style drive shaft. The best way
to rotate the pinion is to cut off the old perches and weld
in a new set at the proper angle. Normally the spring pin
is installed in the center hole but you can also move the
rear axle forward or backward 1" by using the optional
holes. Made from 1/4 plate steel. Unpainted finish.

Shackle Mounts
If you're installing longer rear springs you may need to relocate
your rear shackle mount. You can do this by cutting off the
original units with a die grinder and then welding them back
on. You can also cut off the old ones and install new ones.
Our shackle mounts use OEM bushings and are much stronger
then stock units. Made from 1/4" plate steel. Unpainted
finish.

Sloped Hangers
Installing longer rear springs requires moving the rear spring
hangers forward on the frame. The factory hangers are too
thin to cut off and reuse. These hangers weld under the frame,
forward of the stock units. Holes on top of hangers allow
rosette welds. Made from 1/4" plate steel. Much stronger
then stock hangers. 18mm bolt holes. Unpainted finish.

Welded Hangers
Welded hangers are made by welding two plates together, leaving
a tab on one side. This tab makes it easier to install. The
tab positions the hanger on the frame. Holes on top of hangers
allow rosette welds. Made from 1/4" plate steel. Much
stronger then stock hangers. 18mm bolt holes. Unpainted finish.

Frenched Hangers
Frenched hangers are designed to mount up into the frame.
This prevents the hangers from becoming caught by rocks on
the trail. To install frenched hangers, your frame will need
to be notched out with a plasma cutter or torch. Hangers are
installed flush with the frame and then welded in place. These
hangers reduce effective spring lift by 1" so order spring
the next size up if you're using these mounts. Much stronger
then stock hangers. 18mm bolt holes. Unpainted finish.

Our shackle kits feature threaded zerk fittings. Factory size
18mm bolts with crimp nuts. Zink plated plates. Polly bushings
included. Lengths listed below are measures from center of
hole to center of hole. Narrow rear shackles fit 79-88, Pickups
and 84-89 4Runners. Wide rear shackles fit 89-95
Pickups.

U-Bolt Flip Kit
U-bolt flip kits help increase ground clearance under your
rig. Stock u-bolts face down and offer a snag point for rock
and trail debris. Our u-bolt flip kit point the spring bolt
up and out of harm way. This results in better ground clearance
and less damage to the thread section of the bolt.
Each kit contains two flip plates and four 9/16" bolts
with nuts and washers. Front kits will accommodate spring
packs up to 2" thick. Rear kit will accommodate spring
packs up to 2.5" thick. Crossover steering required for
installation of flip kit. Unpainted finish.
