The Trail-Link Three Front 3-Link Kit is the only complete kit for Toyota's on the market today. This kit is affordable, user friendly, and strong. The link material is 2” x .250” wall DOM tubing, while the rod ends are 1.25” Creeper Joints™. All brackets are 1/4” steel, formed and welded. With 14” shocks we are getting 40” to 50” of articulation depending on the suspension in the rear of the truck.
This kit has been extensively tested and has been in service for months on multiple trucks and has proven itself to be another superior suspension product. Kit includes everything you need except your choice and size of shocks and upper shocks mounts. Upper shock mounting location varies from vehicle to vehicle.

Trail-Link Long
Travel Rear Suspension Kit
The Trail-Link long travel rear suspension kit consists of
a of a 3 link system plus a panhard rod to locate the axle.
This system allows the use of the stock fuel tank. Links are
made from super heavy duty 2" DOM with a wall thickness
of 1/4". Extra large 1.25" rebuildable Johnny Joints
are used for the link ends. This kit with long travel shocks
allows for more then 30" of rear axle articulation. Kit
does not include rear wheel spacers, shocks or upper shock
mounts. Recommended shocks, 16" Racerunner 2.0"
Air shocks. Kit weight 140 lbs.

Four link your rig the easy way with the Trail-Link +FourTM kit. Innovative design allows for quick and easy installation. Crossmember fits between frame rails and supplies frame mounts for all four links. Choice of axle mounting for stock axle or the Rock Assault Housing on our axles page.

IFS Eliminator -
Solid Axle Swap Kit
There are lots of choices on market for solid axle conversion.
So what makes our kits stand out? We feature the highest quality
parts, the most complete kit at the best price anywhere.
Our SAS kits include a front diff armor plate, upper axle
gusset, wheel bearings and knuckle service kits. Items most
others charge extra for. To install your solid axle kit your
going to need a rear matching lift kit, solid front axle from
a 79-85 Pickup or 4Runner, and a long spline drive shaft.
We offer our kits in three different heights with either 3",
4", or 5" springs. The hangers and shackles included
with each kit add one inch of lift. Thus our 3" spring
kit has 4" lift and our 4" kit would be 5"
of lift, ect.
Note: On V6 installations, we recommend moving the front hanger
forward 3/4". This allows the tie rod to clear the stock
4wd oil pan. It also kicks the shackles forward slightly helping
the springs to carry the heavier load of the V6 motor.

Classic Rear Lift

Our rear lift kits are designed to match our front IFS Eliminator
kits and classic lift kits. For 4Runners we recommend using
a rear kit with springs that are one inch taller than the
front springs.
Kits feature long travel springs and shocks for super flexibility
on the trail.
The Classic rear lift kits are supplied for use on 1979-1988
Trucks and for coil to leaf swaps on 90-95 4Runners.

This kit includes everything in the Classic Rear Kit except
shackle mounts. Also, wide body shackles are provided for
use with stock shackle mounts. These kits are intended for
use on 1989 - 1995 Toyota Pickups.

Chevy Spring Swap Kit
Why put a ½ Ton Chevrolet leaf spring on a Toyota Minitruck? Simply put, they ride like a dream on and off road! There is such a difference between Chevy Springs and the stock Toyota’s it is unbelievable! Chevy Springs are also 63" long, which gives you added flex, a softer ride, and can be very affordable. The reason why you need a kit to install the springs is the Chevy spring is 2.5" wide compared to the approx. Toyota 2.25" width leaf. The Chevy leaf spring bushing is 3" wide, which will not work with factory Toyota hangers. Also, adapting bolt sizes can be a pain with the factory metric sizes. This hanger kit can save you lots of fabrication time, and is fairly inexpensive. Kit has 6 inch eye to eye 3/8ths plate steel laser cut shackles with 1/2" and 9/16" holes. The rear upper shackle hanger is a heavy duty design with a domestic bushing size tube using common Jeep YJ Wrangler bushings. The front hangers are sloped to easily allow obstacles to slide over, also laser cut and formed, 1/4 inch thick plate. Kit comes with needed hardware. Front spring hanger may require drilling to 9/16ths depending on what domestic spring you choose, we include both bolt size's.
Frequently asked questions on Chevy Spring Swap:
What year springs should I use? 63" 1988-1998 1/2 ton Chevy or GMC truck 2WD or 4WD. 2WD is most desirable due to it being 5 leaf. 4WD can be used by just removing one leaf. Leafs go for around $100 per pair at junkyards.
Can I use my factory u-bolts and spring plates? Yes, but slight grinding of the leaf spring has to be done to make it fit within the width of the u-bolts. U-Bolt flip kits available, as well as upper and lower shock mounts.
Will I need longer shocks? Yes, you can choose to use either factory mounting, and get longer shocks or use our new Rear Shock Mount Kit to gain all that travel you will be able to achieve with the Chevy springs.
Where should I mount the springs on the frame? 1st and 2nd generation pickups (79-88) mount front hanger approx 11" forward (replacing 48" spring) 3rd Generation Pickups (89-95) mount spring hanger approx. 9-9.5" forward on frame. Tack weld rear mount and lower vehicle with approximate weight that vehicle will normally have in it. Shackle angle averages between a 15-30 degree range.

Hanger kit allows of hanging of leaf springs on 1986-1995
Toyota Pickups and 4Runners. Kit designed to work with many
3" - 6" lift aftermarket springs.
Frame jigs make it easy to place shackle tubes in your frame.
To install, place jigs on frame under the cab body mount.
Mark the frame, and cut frame tube holes with torch. Slide
tubes in place and weld in. Clamp front hanger in place and
weld. Bolt on springs with included bushings and shackles.
