Front Brake Calipers
These calipers are the larger V6 style found on 88-95 Pickups
and 4Runners. Great replacement for worn our or leaking calipers.
Also makes a great upgrade on 79-85 solid front axles when
used with vented rotors listed below. Note wheel spacers may
be needed to clear calipers on some wheels. No core charge,
outright purchase. Brake pads are not included with calipers.

Vented Rotors
1986 and later pickups and 4Runner feature larger vented rotors
from the factory. Earlier 1979-1985 trucks used solid (non
vented) rotors up front along with smaller calipers. If your
installing a solid front axle on an 86 and later rig you will
want to install a set of these vented rotors onto the axle.
With these rotors you will be able use your existing larger
IFS calipers. Simply unbolt your existing rotors and replace
them with these vented rotors. Slight grinding of the rotors
backing plate will be needed. Then simply install the IFS
calipers right on to the solid axle using the factory bolts.
These rotors can also be used on 85 and older trucks to increase
braking effectiveness. Fits 81-85 Solid axles with 8 hole
style rotors.

GM Disk Brake Conversion
Here is an answer to your stopping woes, a disk brake conversion! Each bracket is constructed of laser cut one piece 3/8” thick steel for utter strength and simplicity. Years of the calipers are 79-85 Monte Carlo or Cadilac Eldorado, front or rear depending on if you want to install an ebrake or not. (rear has ebrake setup) One small modification on some calipers is needed, but all it takes is some slight grinding of a knob that hits the bracket. You can choose to purchase your own rotors, or we have available modified rotors to fit right on to your factory Toyota axle shafts. If you choose to supply your own Rotors, they can be sourced from any 88-97 light duty Chevy IFS 4x4 pickup with 6 lug rotors. (1” thick, NOT 1.25”) Be aware that many machine shops, if they will do it, will charge up to $40.00 per rotor. We have new ones pre-machined for $90.00 per pair. The braided brake lines needed to connect the Toyota to Chevy caliper are also available and and are full length braided lines to the Toyota factory T fitting. A good source for brand new loaded GM Metric Calipers needed for the conversion is available here with slider bolts and brake pads. If you choose to use GM Metric emergency brake style calipers, please note that your factory Toyota ebrake cables will not work.

Jamar Push Button Line

Backing Plate Eliminator
The brake backing plates can be a bother on front Toyota solid
axles. They often get bent from trail damage and small rocks
can get trapped between the backing plate and the rotor causing
noise and damage. For many years we have taken the stock brake
backing plate and cut out the center section. Then we would
reassemble the axle with just the center part for spacing.
We have come up with a cleaner way to accomplish the same
thing. Our Backing Plate Eliminator kit contains two spacer
rings that take the place of the factory backing plate. The
rings are the same thickness as stock for proper component
spacing. Installation is easy, simply remove the stock backing
plate and replace with our rings when your servicing the knuckle.

Wheel Bearing Nut Kit

Toyota Mini Truck Transfer-case
E-Brake
Need an E-brake? Have bad cables, or a disk brake conversion?
We have the answer with our simple and affordable Toyota T-case
E-Brake Kit. It can be installed in under 1 hourand is fully
bolt on. You do have to remove the t-case output flange in
order to clearance the dust seal cover.
The E-brake kit reuses your stock e-brake cable up to the
frame mounted e-brake arm located in front of your fuel tank.
The t-case e-brake is constructed of laser cut and tig welded
CNC formed 1/4 plate steel. Includes all parts you will need
for installation, comes with instructions.
Fits all 4 cyl. Toyota t case's. Bracket’s are designed
with a skid plate below the caliper and the ends are formed
and tig welded to the main plate. The box style mount helps
ensure no flexing of the t-case and caliper mount. This helps
eliminate wear on the pads as well as possible stress on the
t case itself. May not fit with all aftermarket t-case crossmembers.

Toyota Booster to GM Master Cylinder
This is for those who have added 1 Ton axles or any axle that has increased caliper volume, causing increased pedal travel. Kit includes adapter, hardware, and pushrod.
