Rock Sliders - Rocker Protection
Rock Sliders are a great way of protecting the rocker panels of your pickup or 4Runner. Made from 1 3/4" X .120 round HREW tubing. Legs can be cut to length to allow for different mounting positions.
Rock Sliders are a great way of protecting the rocker panels of your Toyota Pickup or 4Runner. Heavy duty design can take a pounding from the rocks while keeping body damage to a minimum. Strong enough to take the entire weight of the truck. A high-lift jack can be used anywhere along it's length for repositioning of rig or axle servicing. Sold in pairs. Made from 1 3/4" X .120 round HREW tubing. Bars come with the outer section welded but the legs are not attached. Legs are pre-notched and can be cut to length to allow for different mounting positions.

Note: 58" & 67" Rock Sliders are now made from seamless DOM material. 78" sliders are made from HREW material.

Rock Slider Gusset Kits
Our gusset kits include plates for the frame and triangle corner gussets. Plate welds to frame and rock slider welds to plate. Kits are made from 3/16" plate steel. 58" and 67" kits contain 6 plates and 6 gussets. 78" kit includes 8 plates and 8 gussets.

Weld-On Differential Armor - Small
Here is a great way to add some beef to the axle housing and protect your ring gear from trail damage. This weld on plate is curved to fit snugly over the face of your solid axle housing. Made from 1/4" thick plate steel. Fits front or rear 79-95 8" Toyota solid axle housings. Also fits 91-97 front High Pinion FJ-80 axle. Unpainted Finish.

Weld-On Differential Armor - Large
In addition to our small style ring gear protector shown above, we also have these larger style for those that prefer something a little larger to protect their 3rd member. The steel on your factory axle housing is very thin, and will not withstand hardly any impact from rocks or debris. Armor welds in place. Choose from the standard Flat plate version that includes two 10mm style drain plugs or the stylish Diamond Plate Version. Fits front or rear 79-95 8" Toyota solid axle housings. Unpainted finish. Certainly a great value when compared to anything else on the market.

Axle Gusset
These front upper axle truss’s help strengthen the Toyota stamped steel axle housing. By positioning the truss on the top of the axle, you don't loose any ground clearance, compared to bulky under the diff style truss's. Some minor grinding may be needed to remove any unneeded brackets. Gusset welds on top of your Toyota front solid axle and helps prevent bending of the axle housing. Constructed of 1/8th inch steel, formed and laser cut, with either the Toyota logo or solid sides. Also fits Ford 9" front axles. This is also great for the first generation Toyota pickups that didn’t have a truss welded to the bottom of the axle from the factory.

Electric Locker Motor Guard
On electric locker equipped differentials, the external motor can be subjected to damage from rocks and trail debris. This bolt on protector prevents damage to the motor. Made from heavy 1/4" plate steel this guard can take a pounding with ease. Fits high pinion front 8" differentials. Unpainted finish.
Note: Due to possible interference issues with the fuel tank we recommend not using this guard on some models.

Dual Transfer-Case Crossmember/Skidplate
If you have dual transfer cases on your Toyota Pickup or 4Runner, you will want to protect them from trail damage with a crossmember that can take some serious trail punishment. Trail-Gear's crossmembers are precision laser cut with slotted mounting holes for easy bolt on installation. Can be used with one or two factory transfer case mounts. Made from 3/8" thick plate steel with black powder-coat finish. Includes tapered bolts for a smooth bottom. Fits 1979-1995 Toyota Pickups and 4Runners with dual transfer cases.
